This home is a modern residence by MB Architecture, it is a maintenance-free home that would endure for decades to come, which has been the primary requirement of these owners. Willing to find this beauty?
The architects determined on the side facade, the narrow end, function as street-front. By doing this, they could allow the side of the home face south and direct sunlight, while keeping a suitable space to the neighbors. A sunken courtyard on the south side of the home plus a generous light-well on the north break the flatness of the website and permit light to be squeezed to the lower level, shifting a basement into a well-lit living room with a private outdoor space. Charred cypress, raw concrete and zinc were utilized for building due to their capacity to weather naturally with time.
The next degree is much more secluded and retains bedrooms. Inside you will see a earthy colour palette to combine with the exact same concrete, wood and zinc as outdoors. There are a few colorful touches here and there to decorate the spaces and make them bolder and more contemporary. Have a peek at the pics of the gorgeous home!
